Seven systems / in production

## What we built, and what it produced.

Seven systems, four of them for clients and three of them ours. Each one states what it does, what changed for the people using it, and — in a method note at the foot of every page — exactly what its numbers count and as at when.

*Clients are anonymised except where naming was agreed. Figures as at September 2026.*

## Seven systems.

Three of these run no model at all. They are here because AI did the building — reading a 78-tab workbook nobody had documented, reverse-engineering a decade of free-text invoice lines, assessing a national market from desk data. Where a model does run in production, the page says where it runs and where deterministic code was used instead.

## Bring us a process, or a market.

Every system here started as a conversation about work that was already happening — how it actually runs, where it costs the most, and what the order underneath it looks like. That is the first meeting.
