What we built, and what it produced.
Seven systems, four of them for clients and three of them ours. Each one states what it does, what changed for the people using it, and — in a method note at the foot of every page — exactly what its numbers count and as at when.
Clients are anonymised except where naming was agreed. Figures as at September 2026.
Seven systems.
Three of these run no model at all. They are here because AI did the building — reading a 78-tab workbook nobody had documented, reverse-engineering a decade of free-text invoice lines, assessing a national market from desk data. Where a model does run in production, the page says where it runs and where deterministic code was used instead.
- A market intelligence base of 1.9M industrial companiesOur own systems / market dataHow Red Bumerang turned thousands of one-off client databases into one searchable base of industrial companies, enriched from what each business makes.
- A month of manual market checking, done in hoursOur own systems / lead generationHow Red Bumerang cut client onboarding from a month to hours by classifying a raw company list against what the client actually sells, at scale.
- Every industrial roof in a country, assessed without a site visitProcess AI / energyHow a solar business got its whole national market assessed — roof, energy profile and subsidy history — from desk data, in eight days.
- 78 spreadsheet tabs ran a business, and nobody had written down howProcess AI / wholesale distributionHow a wholesale distributor moved off a single shared Excel workbook onto a real order system, without losing the rules that lived only in its cells.
- Three systems, one screen, and a route that used to be drawn by handProcess AI / telecommunicationsHow a connectivity provider’s salespeople got serviceability and pricing in one screen, from an ERP, a CRM and a GIS portal that never connected.
- Every call reviewed, not a sampleProcess AI / contact centreHow a contact centre moved from reviewing a handful of calls a week to scoring every one of them overnight, with a written reason behind each score.
- The whole stack goes through the scanner onceOur own products / accountingHow Invoicio splits a scanned stack of invoices into separate documents, extracts every field and matches the payments. Its prices are published.
Bring us a process, or a market.
Every system here started as a conversation about work that was already happening — how it actually runs, where it costs the most, and what the order underneath it looks like. That is the first meeting.
